Service Description
Introduction to Handpoke Tattooing: (Please not that the first two lessons are in March and the last two lessons will be in the last two weeks of April, due to the teacher being on holiday. The last two classes will be dertermined with your teacher and the students during the first lesson) This course gives you a solid foundation in the essentials of handpoke tattooing, with a strong focus on hygiene and technique, the two most important and practical aspects of tattooing safely and responsibly. Along the way, you’ll also begin building a tattoo portfolio and learning what it really takes to take your first steps toward becoming a professional tattoo artist. What You’ll Learn Over four weeks, you’ll gain both knowledge and hands-on experience through a carefully structured program designed to introduce you to the real tattoo world. Week 1: Safety & Hygiene - Learn how to tattoo safely and responsibly - Discover which materials you’ll need and where to get them - Set up your workstation correctly - Understand hygiene standards and professional practices Week 2: Technique Essentials - Get to know different needles and tools - Learn how and where the ink goes into the skin—and why - Develop your basic handpoke technique - Begin translating your drawings into tattoo-ready designs Weeks 3 & 4: Real-World Practice & Portfolio Building (note that these lessons will be held in April. Dates will be determined together with your teacher and yourself) - Shadow your instructor during a real client session - Tattoo your own model under your instructor’s guidance - Learn how to document your work and **start building a tattoo portfolio** - Get insight into next steps: apprenticeships, practice routines, and entering the tattoo industry All materials are included. Cancellation Policy
Tattoo Academy Cancellation Policy Course Cancellation: You may cancel your enrollment in the Tattoo Academy Beginner Course up to 1 month before the course start date for a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than one month before the course start date are non-refundable, as we reserve your spot and resources specifically for you. Individual Class Absences: If you need to miss an individual class due to illness or other reasons, please note that rescheduling is not available due to the group-based format of the course. However, we will provide you with the class materials and resources to help you stay on track with the curriculum. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
